Our Services
The Next Page Studios provides business growth and digital solution services, including websites, branding, publishing support, consultation guidance, and vehicle purchase or sale support. Services are created or performed for the customer’s approved project scope and intended business use.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, services are provided without warranties, guarantees of business results, search rankings, legal outcomes, trademark approval, publishing platform approval, vehicle condition, resale value, financing approval, or third-party performance.
Brand Protection and Auto Consulting Disclaimer
The Next Page Studios is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal filing services unless licensed professionals are specifically engaged under a separate arrangement. Brand protection services are limited to education, research organization, consultation guidance, and coordination support.
Vehicle purchase and sale assistance is independent consultation support only. We are not a dealership, lender, inspector, insurer, warranty provider, or title agency. Customers are responsible for final purchase, sale, financing, inspection, registration, and legal decisions.
Orders, Payments, and Project Approval
A project may begin after the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are confirmed. Deposits, partial payments, and full payments may be required before work begins or before final files are delivered.
Third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, software subscriptions, stock assets, premium fonts, payment processor fees, legal filing fees, inspection fees, platform fees, or other outside costs are the customer’s responsibility unless specifically included in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, approvals, and access needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing content, delayed responses, changed direction, or third-party issues may affect delivery timelines and may require additional fees.
You are responsible for confirming that names, claims, images, content, contact details, rates, legal statements, and business information supplied by you are accurate and suitable for use.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are provided within the approved project scope and any revision limits stated in the proposal or invoice. Requests that change the original scope, add new deliverables, require major redesign, or introduce new service needs may be quoted separately.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel before production, design, consultation preparation, research, writing, or administrative project work has started, you may request a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable third-party or payment processing fees.
Cancellation after work begins: Once work has started, refunds are limited because services are customized. Any refund or credit will be reviewed based on work completed, time spent, third-party expenses, and the approved project scope.
Work not aligned with approved requirements: If delivered work does not reasonably match the approved scope, we will provide appropriate revisions within the agreed scope. If the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable revision attempts, a partial refund or project credit may be considered by mutual agreement.
Late delivery: We aim to deliver work on agreed timelines. If a delay is caused solely by The Next Page Studios and no revised timeline is agreed after reasonable communication attempts, a refund or credit may be reviewed. Delays caused by customer response time, missing materials, changed scope, third-party services, or force majeure events do not qualify for refund.
Refund timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery or project closure. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Cases Where Refunds May Not Be Issued
- Completed, approved, delivered, or already-used work.
- Minor technical issues that can be corrected through revisions, such as small text, formatting, spelling, or layout adjustments.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approval of direction, draft, design, or scope.
- Delays caused by missing customer materials, delayed responses, revised instructions, or third-party services.
- Consultation sessions, research time, administrative setup, rush fees, third-party fees, domains, hosting, software, filing fees, inspection costs, or payment processor charges.

Final custom deliverables prepared specifically for you may be transferred for your business use after full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing. The Next Page Studios may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, processes, concepts, unused drafts, code patterns, and internal methods used to create the work.
